Elevate Elite Access

Elevate Elite Access is year-round baseball training for high school players, 9th grade and up, at our Redmond facility. Come in Monday to Thursday, choose your focus for the day, and work with an Elevate instructor at every station: pitching, hitting and strength. Now enrolling for the Winter session, November to February.

Train Like a Pro, All Year

Good high school players don’t get better in the two weeks before tryouts. They get better in the months nobody is watching. Elite Access gives them a place to put in that work, with real instruction and real data instead of a key to an empty cage.

  • Open-gym format, guided by Elevate instructors at every station
  • Pitching, hitting and strength in one place, in one visit
  • Unlimited sessions for members, booked up to 7 days ahead
  • Built for high school baseball players, 9th grade and up

Three Stations, One Session

Every session runs three instructor-guided stations. Athletes move between them and decide where to spend their time, based on what their game needs that day.

01Pitching
02Hitting
03Strength & Speed

All three stations run in every session, and an Elevate instructor leads each one.

What You Get at Each Station

Pitching. Bullpen work and pitch design, with Rapsodo or Trackman depending on the season. Pitchers see what the ball is actually doing, not just what it felt like.

Hitting. Live cage work and swing development with HitTrax, Blast Motion, video analysis and delay cameras, so hitters can watch their swing right after they take it.

Strength and speed. Training in our new weight room, including Proteus strength and deficiency evaluations that show where an athlete is strong and where they're leaking power.

Who Elite Access Is For

Elite Access is for high school baseball players, 9th grade and up, who want more quality reps than team practice can give them. It suits players getting ready for their high school season, players who want to keep building between seasons, and anyone who trains better with a coach nearby and numbers in front of them.

For parents, it keeps things simple: one plan covers pitching, hitting and strength training at one facility, so you aren't stacking three separate programs and three separate drives.

What a Session Looks Like

Sessions are open-gym style, so no two athletes spend the time the same way. Here's how a typical visit works.

Book your spot ahead of time in your Elevate account.

Check in at Elevate Redmond and pick your focus for the day.

Work at the pitching, hitting or strength station with the instructor there.

Move to another station when you're ready, as many times as the session allows.

Use the data from Rapsodo or Trackman, HitTrax, Blast Motion and Proteus to see what's improving.

Book your next session and keep the work going.
