Elevate Northwest is a youth baseball and fastpitch organization serving families across the greater Seattle area, from the Eastside and Northshore down through South King and Pierce County. We field competitive travel and development baseball teams under the Elevate Northwest banner, and our academy, Elevated Performance Academy (EPA), runs the day-to-day skill work in both baseball and fastpitch softball, including lessons, group training, and camps. Athletes train with EPA and compete with Elevate Northwest, and the whole club runs on a culture you can actually point to, not a slogan on a banner.
Most families find us for one of two reasons. Here’s where each path leads.
Competitive travel and development baseball teams, ages 8U through 18U. Whether your athlete is trying club ball for the first time or chasing a roster spot at the select level, there’s a tier built for where they are now, with a clear path to the next one.
Private lessons, small-group instruction, monthly group training, and camps, led by certified coaches who do this full time. Hitting, pitching, catching, defense, and velocity, for every level from first swings to college-bound.
We train athletes at four facilities around the Puget Sound, so you’re not driving across the region for a Tuesday lesson. Our Woodinville home base anchors the Eastside and Northshore, with training centers in Lynnwood, Sumner, and Redmond.
Our monthly group training puts 10 to 16 athletes of similar age and ability with multiple instructors every week. Players learn a specific skill, put it to work in competitive reps, then learn how to make their own adjustments when no coach is watching. That last part is what carries over to game day.
Find the baseball or fastpitch softball group that fits your athlete.
Want more focused reps? Our 1-on-1 and small-group lessons pair your athlete with instructors who coach full time and have the certifications to back it up. Pick the format that fits, then book with someone who knows the work.
Anyone who’s done a few seasons of travel ball knows the version we’re talking about: coaches barking at umpires, kids benched over one bad inning, winning treated like the only thing on the line. We built Elevate Northwest as the answer to that.
Every Elevate Northwest coach is trained in the Elev8 Culture Code, a mental-game and character curriculum we developed alongside a therapeutic life coach. It’s required for our staff, shared openly with parents, and built into how our athletes practice and compete. We want your kid to get better at baseball. We care just as much that they grow into someone you’re proud of.
Our Woodinville home base runs six batting cages and Rapsodo for real-time data, Hack Attack machines, a weight room, and a 40,000 square foot lighted turf field for outdoor work. Good training comes down to good reps, so we built places where athletes can get a lot of them, year-round.
Across more than 100 reviews, 98% of families recommend Elevate Northwest. Our alumni have gone on to play at the high school, college, and pro levels, and plenty still train here in the offseason.
We serve athletes roughly 8 to 18 years old (8U through 18U) across competitive travel teams and lower-commitment development teams in baseball, plus lessons and training in both baseball and fastpitch softball.
Little League and rec leagues are a good place to start. Elevate is a select and development club: smaller rosters, full-time certified coaches, year-round training, and tournament competition, plus a documented culture program most rec programs don’t offer.
Our EPA lessons, group training, camps, and clinics cover both baseball and fastpitch softball. We are not fielding fastpitch softball teams for the 2026-2027 season, though our softball instruction continues.
We have four Puget Sound facilities: Woodinville (our home base), Lynnwood, Sumner, and Redmond.
