Elevate Northwest is a culture-first youth baseball and fastpitch organization in the greater Seattle area. We field competitive travel and development teams, partner with our academy, Elevated Performance Academy (EPA), for training, and treat character development as seriously as athletic skill.
Elevate Northwest exists to provide a positive and professional environment in which young athletes can better themselves in life and sport. We’re founded on culture-first leadership, real mentorship, and high-level skill development. Three brands operate under the Elevate Northwest umbrella: Elevate Baseball and Fastpitch, Elevate Tridents, and the Northwest Bandits. We also work with several partners and serve our local communities in numerous ways. For training, we partner with the area’s foremost professional training company, EPA. Our teams primarily train in Woodinville, Redmond, Sumner, and Lynnwood, plus other premier local facilities as needed.
Our culture code defines the principles that guide our organization’s decisions and form the foundational mindset of our players. Our coaches and teams are required to learn and teach our culture manual, and the material is also sent to our parents. Just knowing the culture isn’t good enough though. We’re on a mission to build an organization that embodies it.
The world of youth sports is filled with undesirable behavior. From yelling at umpires to negativity filling the dugouts and the stands, youth baseball and softball deserves better. Elevate Northwest is founded on the idea that we can build something stronger, something more positive and uplifting for our athletes and their families. We believe our culture manual is the first step in achieving just that. We call it the Elev8 Culture Code.
We’re centered around providing life-affirming and virtue-building lessons for youth and their families. Our primary focus is providing tangible benefits to our communities by enhancing the mental health of our youth, teaching them positive life skills, and collaborating with community groups for the greater good.

Elevate Northwest is the club. It's the banner our travel and development teams compete under, and it carries the culture and community side of the organization. EPA is our training arm, where athletes work with certified instructors on lessons, group training, and camps. Players train with EPA and compete with Elevate Northwest.
We train across four facilities in the greater Seattle area: Woodinville, Sumner, Redmond, and Lynnwood. Teams also use other premier local facilities as needed.
The Elev8 Culture Code is our culture manual. It's the set of values our coaches and teams are required to learn and teach, and it's shared with parents too. It centers on humility, charity, gratitude, selflessness, and boldness, and it's what we use to keep the focus on developing the whole athlete, not just the player.
