Elevate Select Teams are some of best teams around. It is our mission to Elevate.

We have teams aged 8u all the way through 18u. We will typically have multiple teams at each of these age groups.

Elevate Northwest’s primary home is at:
22620 Hwy 9 SE
Woodinville, WA 98072

We are conveniently located right off highway 9 just north of Woodinville. Many of our teams will also spend time at other premier training facilities close by in order to accommodate our robust schedule of offerings.

Our teams encourage multi-sport athletes to participate in those sports when they’re in season. Having said that, there are baseball opportunities year-round for our teams. Fall training begins after teams are formed in August, winter training is November through February, and then summer tournaments take the team all the way through July.

Our program includes speed training, strength training, mental health/skills workshops, classwork on our culture, team access to our turf field, a full summer of tournaments, and many other training opportunities.

There is no limit to how good a player can become at Elevate Northwest, it is up to them to commit to the many resources we have available.

We have numerous high-level coaches in our program, all of which are constantly being immersed in our culture and ongoing training. All team coaches at Elevate Northwest are “Elevate Certified”, meaning they have completed extensive coursework related to culture, coaching tasks, expectations, sportsmanship, first aid and CPR, and other health and safety classes related to concussion and harassment/behavior education.

Every team is engaged all year with more than just their team coaches as well. The winter training and ongoing instruction is designed and often carried out by true professionals in baseball instruction and high-level positive mentorship.

Tryouts for the 2022-23 season will be held beginning on July 11th and continue throughout that week. Tryouts will continue through the first week in August. We will have many roster openings at every age group.

Anybody who wants to be evaluated before this date or outside of open tryouts should email:

Players should register for one tryout date. If coaches want to see the player again, they will ask the family to return for another tryout or another workout that may not be on the schedule.

Our prices vary by age and range from $3,000-$4,500

We have payment plans which allow the fee to be paid over 10 months, we also have scholarships available for anybody in need of financial assistance. Each team also has opportunities to raise money through seasonal fundraisers, part of which can help with our scholarship fund and bringing down player fees.

Our age cutoff date is May 1st, so please register for the age group that you will be as of May 1st, 2023.

Players will have many opportunities throughout the fall and winter to train at our facilities. Many athletes will be training four or five days a week during this time of year.

Our teams then play in tournaments in March-July, and most of them will play 12-16 weekends.

Practice times and days vary based on age and time of year, but it’s typical for a team to have 2 team practices a week in addition to their other training.

Most of our teams play local tournaments primarily, and most will travel (requiring planes/hotels) between 1 and 3 times per season as well. Travel is primarily a team by team decision after teams are formed in August.

Elevate Northwest has many of the best teams in the state of Washington at several age levels. We also have teams at many other skill levels and take great pride in our focus on developing all athletes in our programs.

If you’re looking for a premier home for your team, we would be happy to chat! Email and we can set up a meeting.

Elevate Northwest has much of the best talent in Washington, and lots of great opportunities to showcase their talent. We have many players recruited by PAC 12 schools, we have several active college coaches on staff, and a player here will have every opportunity to get in front of any and every program they are interested in.

Our best teams play in front of dozens of college coaches every season, ranging from top division 1 teams to junior college. Our leadership is in constant communication with college coaches from around the country, as well as PBR, Baseball Northwest, PAC NW, and other recruiting services. There is no better place to be around great players and get connected to coaches at the next level.
